This website is the new home for all my published short stories, essays and poems, all of which can be found under 'My Own Work' in the menu at the top of this page. For me, these are rare forays into the field of creative writing, so I truly hope you find some of the pieces to be enjoyable, thought provoking or poignant.

 

Also on this site are 'My Reviews' - a few selected reviews of other peoples' books and stories, and also TV and film, characters and literary themes - anything that interests me. Currently there really are only a few of these reviews, but more will be added in due course.

For the most part I write factual articles, but these are not to be found on this website. They are to be found on three other websites of mine, and on HubPages - a content creation platform. All are linked to under 'My Other Sites' in the menu. The predominant themes of these articles together with a brief autobiography are also covered in the 'About Me' section.

This was the first personal website I ever compiled, so putting it together has been a very considerable learning experience, as well as a labour of love. I trust that it's easy to read, especially on smart phones (I don't own a smart phone at present) but I wish for it to be as professional as I can make it, so it will be revised and refined as necessary. More pages will be added as and when the mood - and the inspiration - takes me 🙂  Please enjoy. Alun
